Useless to me.......will not calculate monthly or annual ammortized payments, only total return on investment. Not as advertised. There are free apps that do more.

Absolutely useless. The owner actually emailed me back, after complaining, and stated that yes- they know it doesnt work and no - they arent able to refund. Rip off jerks. And thanks a lot apple, feel really valued as a customer...
